These are terms and conditions outline the Warranty Policy!

Subject to the following Terms and Conditions this equipment is warranty against defective materials and manufacturing defect by Messrs DEVOLI MARKETING SDN BHD for period of (12) months from the original date of purchase.

1. This warranty valid only in Malaysia and provided the warranty card is completed and returned to DEVOLI MARKETING SDN BHD within ten (10) days from the date of original purchase.

2. This warranty covers repair or that option of DEVOLI MARKETING SDN BHD replacement of any parts proven to be defective workmanship or materials provided that the purchase of the equipment was made from an authorised dealer of DEVOLI MARKETING SDN BHD or in our authorised website.

3. This warranty does not cover the damage resulting from:

   a. Any unauthorised disassembly the damage, service repair, alteration or modification being carried out.

   b. Abnormal voltage or the use of a generator and / or used not in accordance with the Operation Manual.

   c. Misuse, abuse, negligence or accident howsoever caused.

   d. Normal ware or tear & body rust.

   e. Rough handling and transportation; and/or

4. This warranty does not cover the following accessories;

   a. Burner Caps/Supports

   b. Cast iron Grid

   c. Knobs

   d. Body Works

   e. Light Bulb

   f. Charcoal Filter

   g. Cover

   h. Glass Cover / Screen

   i. Trays / Shelves

   j. Hose

   k. Ducting Tube

5. This warranty will be null & void in any following events;

   a. if any contained in this warranty card has been tampered with or altered in any way without the priior written consent DEVOLI MARKETING SDN BHD. Request for warranty services within the warranty period must be accompanied with this Warranty Card and proof of original purchase.

   b. That it at any time during the warranty period and parts this equipment is or are removed, altered, tampered with, adjusted, modified, dismantle, repaired or handled in any way whatsoever by any person or person not in authorised by us.

   c. Is the serial number on the equipment has been defaced or removed.

6. Exemption: Hood, Motor Turbine warranty 7 years and hob, tampered glass warranty 10 years (Natural crack).

7. In this events of defect covered by this warranty arising during the warranty period the purchaser shall be faulty responsible for the due delivery to our service centre of the equipment (except oven, cooker hood & built-in hob) for any work which shall need to be done pursuant to this guarantee and for the subsequent collection there of the equipment after the said work has been done.

8. This warranty is in lieu of any and all over warranties expressed or implied warranty of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose DEVOLI MARKETING SDN BHD, assumes no liability for the breach of the warranty beyond correcting the breach in the manner described above. In no event shall DEVOLI MARKETING SDN BHD, be liable for consequential loss or damage, including loss of profits resulting from the product.
